We simulate how your shots spread out based on your handicap and club distances, then map that pattern onto each hole's hazards and green location to find the smartest play.
We use a strokes gained approach. For each club in your bag, we simulate shots and estimate the expected number of strokes to hole out — accounting for where the ball lands relative to hazards, the green, and your typical miss pattern. The club that produces the lowest expected strokes to finish the hole is ranked first.
Go to My Profile and enter your carry distance for each club. The more accurate your distances, the better our strategy recommendations will be.
Free members can browse courses and view scorecards. Paid members unlock the full yardage book with shot dispersion analysis, hole strategy, and score distribution charts.

Different tees change the distance and angle to the green, which affects hazard exposure and optimal club selection. The strategy recalculates for each tee set.
