By accessing or using Yards Golf Book ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Yards Golf Book provides digital yardage books, shot dispersion analysis, strokes gained data, and course strategy tools for golfers. The Service is provided "as is" for informational and recreational purposes.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Purchases

Digital yardage book PDFs and premium features are non-refundable once delivered. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute or resell course data, yardage books, or generated PDFs
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

6. Intellectual Property

The Yards Golf Book name, design, and proprietary analysis models are the property of Yards Golf Book. Course mapping data is sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL).

7. Disclaimer

Yardage, strategy recommendations, and strokes gained estimates are approximate and based on statistical models. Actual course conditions, weather, and individual performance will vary. Yards Golf Book is not responsible for on-course outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yards Golf Book shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
